the face shop--face masks

      Earlier this morning, i received a note coming from the postal office, at first I was thinking what package are they pertaining, and I remember, it must be (the) thebeautyphase's face masks from the face shop that they sent me to make a review and to try them myself :) So, before going to the hospital for my scheduled x-ray, I dropped by at the Post office first to check out my parcel :)


   Here is the package, came all the way from Singapore:

     I got 6 masks to review:

real nature mask aloe vera

fresh fruit punica mask sheet

living nature mask mung bean

cereal rice mask sheet

living nature mask olive

     Since I am new in using face masks, I will try one by one and will try to do some reviews,honestly, I only use moisturizers for my face, and of course a cleansing bar to clean my face from the make-up. I am a not a professional when it comes to skin regimen, but hey, some of the best reviews still come from the people without further or who has little knowledge/ first timers when it comes to beauty/skin care. Anyhow, have you tried any of these face masks? How was the outcome? Tell me :)

     My x-ray was all done today, I'm soo happy with the result! Yes at last, further step to enrollment, tomorrow will go to the hospital again, can't imagine that it turned out to be my 2nd home, haha, anyways, Christmas season is coming, I can smell the spirit of Christmas. Happy me

     For the past few days, I have received packages from a beloved sponsor and from my boyfie <3 Next semester is getting nearer, and Im dying to go to school. I pray that I can recover as soon as possible before the enrollment dates close.

     Anyways, yesterday was my BIG TIME procedure, it was time for my Choledocoscopy. I can imagine being in the operating room for the third time, of course felt nervous again, seeing the needles and many more,after that, I can tell to myself that I am proud to get through everything :) AT LAST, next stop? Vaccine...I remember my arms getting heavier and painful the last time i got a vaccine, I also had fever. Have you experienced that?

     This is the dress a corset dress given to me by my sponsor Mon cheri, apparently, it doesn't fit me well, it's a free size, though i can still wear it, I think it will affect my posture. I reckon to work out and limit on my food intake so the dress can fit me, haha isn't it the other way around? My boyfriend told me that the dress was the problem, not my body,  those simple thoughts makes my heart melt. Boyfriend really does know on how and when to comfort you in the most mundane situations :) Anyway, been thinking if I will give it as a giveaway...any suggestions? comment "WANT" if you like the dress to be a giveaway :)

     Of course, since I'm not currently in Manila, I've missed food treats like this, haha. So, to solve my cravings, boyfie sent me these: Sugus bar in lychee, Goldilocks caramel popcorn and cookies and cream polvoron, and Moniegold ( it's a chewy tamarind candy, sour and spicy) I can only see it on 7-eleven stores, plus I heard that it's one of the bestseller, a college blockmate introduced it to me, gaaad feels like heaven :p As I mentioned earlier, im a crybaby for sour candies :))

a humbling award

     Actually, this has been way too late, not so much :) But, I feel honored to receive and it pleases me to be appreciated by fellow bloggers out there, thank you andthenshesmiled of Someone, Somewhere, Blogging for the award :) It felt like I have won from a lottery :)) It's as if that people really do give a glance on what you love doing and the greatest part of it is you and your blog is recognized and appreciated haha, super made my day! loooooooove. Heh. :D

Now, on to the seven facts :)) drum roll again please ^^

1.      I love being a student of San Beda College :) the uniform, the perks of being popular <3 plus the wonderful friends I have met there. The home of the champions, GO RED LIONS, ANIMO SAN BEDA!!

2.      Hate the color blue? It's just that when I was in mid-year or grade school days, almost all of my friends love the color blue, but for me, I love purple, but I am not totally obsessed with it, it depends if the things complements with me. Why do I have to buy a dress that's in purple when a black dress suits  me more? Agree with me ayt? ^^Another thing is, since I am not fair skinned, royal blue makes me noticeable and complements more my skin tone. Confusing eh? haha, please bear with me :)

3.      I LOVE SOUR CANDIES!!!  i love candies, may it be chewy, hard or gummy, anything that's freaking and hardcore sour and makes my palate hurt  :)) I crave almost every day, makes me drool. My mom thinks I'm weird cause I'm such a baby for these things :))

4.      I was bullied for so many years, have you ever felt that when someone bullies you, you wish to disappear. You don't wanna go to school because you hear hurtful words, someone or almost everyone discriminates you. You can't think and act comfortably. Life is too tough to handle, but these struggles helps us to be more of a fighter. I've outgrown these issues and thankful that the Lord helped me to survive all these bruises.

trivia: those who bullied me from the past, haha, i am now prettier than them :)

5.      I love talking. haha, people say that when they look at me, their first impression is that im quiet and demure ^^, and when they heard me talk and talk and talk, it's as if they would fall in a chair because they can't stop me from talking. I hardly breathe haha! That's why professors reprimand me because of my loud voice and the best part is, still, my friends love me for being talkative. When I was in pre-school, I was always sent out of the classroom because im always noisy, to think that 4 of us was sent out, guess what, 3 boys and a girl, and that girl was me, I was marked an OUT STANDING STUDENT :)) haha Shameful experience.

6.      I love heels, I don't know, when I was a kid, when we passed by shoes at the department store, I always wear them although it doesn't fit in my feet, mom keeps on dragging me but i would run from her to put on those shoes. I just felt like a lady when I'm wearing one. I have some high-heeled shoes, although it makes our legs and feet numb, it makes us much more of a woman, pretty and vibrant. Plus I heard from a friend (boy) that it's a plus factor when ladies are wearing heels, it's a turn on for men. So grab a pair of yours now and practice walking with it :))

 7.      I'm an earrings fettish! I totally admit it, when I was in high school, I buy earrings and wear different kinds everyday, my classmates always checked my ears for a new pair haha :) They give me earrings as a gift because they knew I love those. I here stand that earrings makes our face more prettier, notice your look in the mirror without earrings, and put them on, did you notice the change? You should try it! People will notice that instant bloom <3 Pearl earring for me is the most versatile, can be used in casual and formal occasions, I have lots of them.

ELSWEAR-- 2nd collection / holiday 1

     I miss blogging, ahhhh! :) I've been lazy for the past few days, problem with my boyfriend but now we're okay :)) big smile on my face :D, pressure with my procedures, it's like that the "ber" months for me are drag as hell, but still, im a fighter, so stress, GET AWAY FROM ME >:) Apparently, I have received so much good vibes from you guys, many supported my giveaway, it's like a huge present for my birthday since I never celebrated my 19th birthday last October 1, I just bought things for myself, a birthday present for me,a shoes and a belt since I really never invested on any belt, it's just like I just wanted to play with my clothes and I also got my hair rebonded :)) You could just imagine my hair sticking to my face. Of course once your hair is rebonded, I really think that you may not look that good yet, after 2 weeks I guess, you can see the real essence that transpires within your hair--BOOM! Because as time goes by, it gets volumized (just a little bit, but still, it is so damn straight like from those shampoo commercials wink^^).

the pressure

     Yesterday was a scheduled time for me to go to the hospital, if you've been reading my past post, you will know why I have to stop in college to recover from my major operation. It's really hard to wait in line and then knowing that the doctor cannot see you, I have waited for almost  3 1/2 hours, but his secretary told me that he cannot see me and I could just go back the next day after lunch... Haay, so much hassle..

     Again, I went to the hospital this afternoon, my doctor told me to wait at the Emergency room for the changing of my tube, I waited for long hours, Gaaaad, a substitute doctor was the one who changed my tube,not the one who was assigned to me, unfortunately, there was a problem :((  Things just keep on getting worse, Im pressured, if I couldn't finish my procedure before the start of the next semester, I just can't continue still my studies, I really need your prayers. My boyfriend and I haven't been seeing each other for 7 months, I can't stand not seeing him again. Long distance relationship is really hard. I thank my boyfriend for not giving up on me and supporting me all the way :(  We will be having our 11th monthsary this 14, what else could I expect, again, a call from him, no dinner date. :(
